We can't say enough about ARMS. A true standup customer service focused company. The ownership and staff are amazing. I inherited a 1983 Pace Arrow motorhome that had been sitting for 10 years in Ohio. We live 450 miles away in Tennessee. I ask Kevin to make it road worthy to make the trip back home. That is exactly what he did. They did a ton of work in a short amount of time. On the way home we broke down before we got out of Ohio. Kevin drove 1.5 hours one way to fixed our issue which wasn't an issue I asked him to look over. People just dont do things like that anylonger. ARMS cares about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend..

We blew a tire on the way to our campsite at Lake Loramie. We changed it on our own on the side of the road, but we needed replacements ASAP bevause we had another that looked questionable. Called them, they didn't have in stock but could have them first thing in the morning. Called to make sure they delivered and they had. We had a swollen lug nut and were unable to get them off with the tools we had at the campsite. Called them again and Kevin came out to help us out at the campsite. Super friendly and went above and beyond. We took the rims in 2 at a time to get the tires on. They were quick and efficient. They were true lifesavers, reasonably priced, and super friendly. Really appreciate their work! Would definitely recommend anyone in the area to them!

We bought our class A motorhome this past spring. We needed some wheel/tire work on it. I called several places in the area and they either said no, were too busy, or never called back. I called ARMS and although they were very busy with county fair vehicles, school busses and trucks, she said they could squeeze us in. I took the motorhome in, they got me right in and I was on the road a short time later. They treated me like a long-time customer. Their work was too notch. They also do chassis/engine/suspension work and they have a contact with another nearby company if the rig needs work on slideouts, appliances, air conditioning, or other areas they don't handle. From now on they get our business! We highly recommend them for RV work!

The owner personally helped me out with a weld repair I needed on my trailer. Very personal. Very professional. His shop was full and his guys busy so he stepped out and did the repair. Where do you find that kind of service anymore!? I highly recommend stopping here for any truck repairs.
