“This is not my first time using Carko for vehicle services but felt it necessary to give credit where credit is due and thank them for their excellent service. Recently I called in to schedule get my vehicle for some new tires, TPMS sensors and an alignment before a planned trip. I was greeted nicely by Ashley over phone and only took a few moments to get some pricing for the items I had in mind and to get an appointment scheduled. I dropped my car off before the appointment and the next day I received a call that it was done. I had a very positive experience and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the tires they offer as well as the other services I was interested in, She was also able to aid in choosing tires that would best suit my driving habits and the budget I had in mind. After I fixed that, I had another issue and just brought it there. They managed to find the issue while I was there, pointed it out and gave a rough estimate on time and cost. They got my car back and working before the end of the day and it was a good price. I definitely will keep going back!”

I like the grip on the road, cornering, braking, not to mention they are quiet and smooth. I like them better than any of those major brands, especially ones represented by the little round guy. My '99 Lexus sedan rides like new. They seem to have a good warranty, too.”

“God has angels everywhere and definitely sent one to help my husband today. The owner of this shop was definitely that angel. My husband was having issues with his semi truck and had to pick up a load. The truck was not charging properly. He bought the part and tried to fix it but still was not working. Someone told him to go to this shop so they could help him. When he got there, it was full and was told they were very busy but when my husband was going to leave, the owner stopped him and helped him. He was able to resolve the issue and asked my husband if he believed in God and my husband said yes he does and the owner said I don't know why but God told me to help you. My husband was praying to God for guidance on what to do since we are from FL and don't know the area. God once again was there and used this amazing person to help us. “After taking my car, for YEARS, to Midas , I noticed they started ripping me off. Telling me they changed my oil when my oil light was still on and I had no sticker in my window to verify (in Toledo). I came to the Midas in Findlay and they covered up Toledo's lie saying "oh yeah they changed it, they just forgot to turn off the livht and put a sticker on your window. We topped you off though." About a week later my light came back on so I looked up places around here and found Fornes. I took my car in and they told me "Oh yeah you have hardly any oil in here. They lied!" Not only did Fornes fix it for me but they charged me half the price Midas does for new oil!! I was so excited. I keep going back to Fornes now and they are much friendlier and prices are much better. They have a new customer in me.”

“I recently had a wonderful experience at purchasing a used Cadillac XT5 from LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac in Findlay. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the sales woman, Brittany Jackson. Brittany is extremely knowledgeable about every question I asked regarding the car and financing and was able to get me top dollar for my used car trade-in. She truly puts the customer first and I admire the honesty and integrity that she offers. Brittany went above and beyond what any sales person has ever done for me in buying a car and and picking it up. It was completely detailed, clean and looked like a brand new car inside and out with a tank of gas topped off and added a red bow on the car when I got there. Made my experience wonderful. She also connected me with the loan department officer, named Lois, who also did all she could do to find the cheapest interest rate for me, whether it be going through banks or various credit unions until we got the best deal we could get. She is also a remarkable asset for LaRiche but also truly cares about the customer not just the money they can make. “We purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 for my husband. Drew was very nice. Very helpful. On the way home, after purchasing the truck, the tire pressure monitoring system faulted. We called and spoke with Drew, and he scheduled a time for us to bring it in to get it looked at. Since their diagnostic system was not compatible with a Ford, they agreed to send it to a Ford dealer to have it fixed and offered us a loaner vehicle in the meantime. We really appreciated that gesture. We bought the truck "as-is" with no warranties, so I thought it was really cool that they were willing to work with us. It reflects well on them that they are willing to help out their customers, even after the sale is finalized and we drove off of the lot. Everyone there is very nice and helpful.”
