“Have recurring issue w/temp gauge & was going on trip following day. Coolant was slightly low...they added a qt.+. Did not find a leak. Plus checked out undercarriage for a recurring noise. Although they didn't find anything noticeable, the noise only seems to occur on bumpy streets. No problems on trip following day. Had appt. In & out in short order. And no charge! Thanks guys!! “Took my car in for AC condenser/compressor replacement. It’s already an expensive fix so I expected to pay a lot. But given that there’s a 3 year warranty on the work and my car is an Infiniti where nearly the entire front end had to come off for the replacement and I haven’t had to take the car back, I call that a huge success. The mechanics at this shop know what they are doing. A little pricey, yeah, but they are trustworthy and don’t use zip ties (iykyk).”

The technician sent a live video feed to my phone as he examined my car and assessed the condition of the engine, tires, exhaust system, air filters, wipers, lights etc. The communication was good throughout the process, and as soon as my car was washed, I was on my way. I was impressed with the overall level of service.”

“Gather round, kids. I'm about to tell you the story of a real-life superhero named Mike.
Imagine yourself in a van stuffed full of equipment for a convention you're attending. You have two people with you who are counting on you to get them there. You're halfway between home and your destination, at 4 PM on a Friday. You make a quick stop for gas and food, hop back in the car... and it doesn't start.
You search desperately for a mechanic, but they all tell you the same thing- they close at five, sorry, we can get you in Monday. You're staring down the barrel of either missing the show entirely and being stranded, or of forking over nearly $1K for a rental van to get you to and from, with a trip after back down to get your vehicle.
But you're in Findlay, Ohio, which means you're one lucky duck, because...
You see one more listing... M R Auto. You call, and you speak to Mike, who first gives you some advice and asks some diagnostic questions. No dice on getting it started where it sits. So then Mike says... bring it in, and I'll get you on the road.
You call for a tow. Mike had already diagnosed the problem (starter) over the phone and has the part. There's an empty bay in his small, neatly-kept two-bay repair facility. He's friendly and personable and has some great stories to ease your anxiety. He's supposed to close at 5:30 but he stays until 7:00 putting on the new starter, testing it, and making sure all is well- giving up part of his weekend so that you can have yours.
Just like that, you're on your way again. The weekend is on. Your plans are on. The nightmare is over, and Mike is the reason.
I can't give this guy enough stars. If you live in Findlay or the surrounding area or are ever in that area and need your ride fixed, you'd be a fool to call anyone else.

“I came in for a routine oil change after accidentally ripping off my rearview mirror earlier that day. After the service, the team let me know that my mirror couldn’t be reattached due to the way it broke and that my oil pan was close to rusting through. The inspection video they provided clearly showed how rusted the oil pan was, which I appreciated for transparency.
The initial replacement quote gave me a bit of sticker shock, but the technician went above and beyond—he took the time to explain everything, offered to look for used parts (my car’s a 2016), and actually found both items aftermarket at a significantly reduced price.
