“I go here instead of the Findlay PO. Small and quaint and has a very nice lady working there. She even talks with you on a personal and friendly level. It's like a Mayberry PO.”

I took a shot and and called the main Findlay PO phone number. “Cheryl” answered the phone and told me that she would be happy to help.
