I was helped right away, the computer guy
is the best. Even though they couldn’t help me with the real issue which was a bad injector and my truck was still under western star warranty they found me a tow truck right away and allowed me to leave the trailer in their yard for a day until I could come back after taking care of the truck at the dealership 🙏 thank you guys

Traveling across the Ohio Turnpike, my semi lost its power steering. Calling around, Archbold Truck Service was the shop that could get to me first. Showed up at 7am and was fixed with a brand new hose by 9am. Friendly folks and a friendly pup on site! Definitely in my list of places to utilize if I have a problem in that area again.

They do have washout for reefer, but its sporadic depending on temperature and worker availability so call before you head north. About 5 miles north on 66 and bus 20.

Never, never, never use their services. These are scammers. They will not fix anything for you and take your money. Until you pay, you cannot pick up your car. My truck broke down, nothing was fixed to me and I was billed $ 1100. After payment, I was to call a tow truck, and contact another service

DO NOT USE!!! Most rudest person ever. Over charged me 4 times the amount it should have costed. Better off stranded than be belittled by this rude man. Cursed at me and disrespected me. Refuses to take credit or debit. Takes cash or com check only. Greedy.

Wonderful place to have your truck or trailer serviced....stephanie and shelley are amazing to work with....Larry and the other guys do fast but accurate work. I would recommend this place to anyone with big rigs!

Had an emergency stop and asked for the semi-synthetic oil chance instead they used the cheapest conventional kendall Chinese oil. So disa1ppointed with service! Stay away from this place.. price is they to high.
