I’m a small business owner and this is the second 55/33 towable lift I have purchased brand new from this company. The equipment usually works great but when it doesn’t these people are absolutely useless. They deflect responsibility and make excuses when solutions would come easier. This machine experienced several faults and failures upon putting it into initial service. Warranty claim initiated on October 2 of 2024. After thousands of dollars in rental fees and numerous service calls, they have yet to rectify the problem. I have a brand new piece of equipment that has been down for 140 days as of the date of this review. A consumer complaint with the Ohio State Attorney General’s office and been filed and I have been in constant contact with this dealer. Sean Swatsky has been absolutely zero value in the process. Now we are on the road to legal action because of the lack of integrity within this organization.They refuse to replace the unit and insist my pets business continue to suffer while they aimlessly look for a solution. 140 days folks. They were paid in full $50,000 and don’t give a damn about the client.

Do not come to this place. They are a joke. Been sitting here for over 3 hours to pick up 2 pieces and still waiting. Lazy and very unprofessional!!!

This lift is a very scary piece of equipment. Contractor got stuck up in the air, around 50 ‘ above the ground.
I felt helpless, unable to help.
Project was delayed, vip client was unhappy that we couldn’t finish on time.
Service takes FOR EVER. Most disturbing is that the company would not address the issue, letting the Waranty to run out. Fair to say it spend more hrs in the service department than at the job site.
Just to be clear, lift was purchased BRAND NEW with idea to be used trouble less for many years.

I bought anew 5533a with set and drive option, since than, two years ago it is in warranty repair way more than 50% of the time. I for stock in the air number of times. All repairs are incredibly slow, I wait forever for company repair approvals, than for parts delivery.

Highly I don’t recommend theirs products to anyone!
