I recently bought a 2020 F-150 from H&K. Logan and Jacob did a great job. They listened to my concerns/points and addressed them. Very efficient experience - in and out in under 2 hours. Staff was very friendly and the dealership was clean. Vehicle was up front and ready when I arrived and they were prepared for my visit.

Great dealership great people. I’m from California and they made it easy to make a deal over the phone and sign paperwork. They were patient with me and all I had to do was set up shipping. Only downside is not meeting them face to face.

Blendan made my 4hr drive well worth it. The whole staff was friendly, professional, and valued my time, and pockets. They answered all questions, saved me money in the process and the car pictures were spot on from the site. It's been 2 months and everything is perfect. Thank you all for making my son's birthday one to remember. 5 star establishment. They have my recommendation and I look forward to future purchases

Had a overall amazing experience! Everyone was super friendly and not pushy at all like other dealers I've been to. Picked up a 12 ram 1500 and it was a great deal. would buy from them again, and would recommend them to everybody.

Don't waste your time, you will find subpar quality used cars and aggressive sales tactics, the sales general manager is unfair and aggressive and also deceptive. There are far better choices don't go here

I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Justin and Jake. I had previously driven 10+ used cars at different places and I would always show up and something would be wrong that was never disclosed. I drove 90 mins and Justin disclosed everything about the car before I had left. I was able to make an informed decision and glad I made the drive. If you are looking for honesty when buying a car this is the place to go.

No pressure & No games. Blendan and the team at H&K made the 3 1/2 hour trip well worth the drive. This team presented an efficient, honest, fair priced and knowledgeable approach to automotive sales. I would make the trip to buy from them again in the future.

Salesman, finance and the lady that picked me up from the airport all went above and beyond. Awesome customer service and friendly staff. I will definitely fly from the west coast again to purchase another vehicle from these folks!!!

It is really sad that these people are keeping my $500 deposit to hold a vehicle that I informed the salesman the purchase was contingent on my returning a vehicle to another dealership. The other dealership had me swap another of their vehicles instead of a refund. Now Christy is keeping my $500 deposit! When I let him know the situation, I told him that I would try to talk to the other dealership he said okay let him know, but he put the vehicle back online that same day and it sold the next day. They were out nothing but a couple of days. I could understand if we never had a whole conversation concerning my only being able to purchase their vehicle if I received a refund on the returned vehicle, but we did and he fully understood that. How can he sell the vehicle he claimed I had to get, but sold it and is still keeping my money. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's Office. Yes, they seem nice, but clearly you can't trust anyone. I feel completely ripped off, but there is no way that I'm letting them get away with this.

Front office was nice and competent, but wouldn't trust the service department which is ultimately more important. Bought a used Sierra - within two weeks brakes needed replaced. Checked the monitor when test driving and they showed 100%, appears they reset the monitor which is misleading and dishonest. Disappointed; overall it seemed like a decent place upfront.

My wife and I arrived at the Archbold, Ohio dealership on the afternoon of January 18, 2023 to test drive the 2011 Ford Explorer… and it was pretty much clean inside and out. During test drive, we noticed that windshield had two small chips, windshield wiper switch wasn’t working properly, a clunking noise coming from suspension area, and check engine light was on. During the test drive we pulled into the parking lot of Sauders Village to inspect engine… at which I conveyed my concern with the engine timing chain and the expense and possibility of having to replace it. So, upon return to dealership… their mechanic discovered the front struts needed replaced. Then during our conversation with the service manager… he assured my wife and I that they would take care of all of the issues discovered during the test drive… but might take a few days to get parts. On Jan. 27, 2023 my wife and I returned to the Archbold, Ohio dealership for our second test drive… and everything seemed to be fixed… the service manager indicated that the spark plugs were replaced, which should take care of the check engine light issue… but both the service manager and office manager Jacob informed me that if the engine light comes back on to give them a call. On Jan. 31, 2023 I dropped off Explorer at A Plus Auto in Fostoria, Ohio to check over for me and determine the reason for the check engine light on again… and per Adam, our personal mechanic, the main issue with engine was the P0420 code indicating a problem with catalytic converter. On Feb. 01, 2023 I texted Chris, the salesman at dealership… and informed him about the problem, and he informed me he’d get with service manager and would get back with me. Later that same day… they agreed to make the repairs at no cost to me, which would require the replacement of the catalytic converter. On Feb. 07 2023 my wife and I arrived at the Archbold, Ohio dealership and dropped off the Explorer at 9:00 AM… but due to the distance from our home to dealership, we decided to just wait around area until repairs were completed. At or around 2:30 PM, repairs were completed at no cost to us. Overall, the salesman, service manager, office manager and all staff were extremely honest, professional, courteous, and were great to work with during this process… and I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thanks for making our used vehicle purchase a pleasant experience.
