They sent one customer new parts for just the cost of shipping after their entertainment center was damaged over time. Another customer damaged a part during installation, and Sauder sent a replacement at no charge in a timely manner. A customer with a Mainstays student desk says it still looks as good as the day they got it. They are also nice to truck drivers, providing showers, coffee, donuts, a lunch room, and a loaded notification. Customer service is the best experienced, with intuitive assembly and disassembly. Sauder helped a customer order a replacement after a moving company damaged a piece.

We had an entertainment center we bought literally 10 years ago that was damaged over time. They sent us new parts for just the cost of shipping. We are very happy with this company and have since bought a dresser and a bed frame because we were so impressed with their service.

I had an issue where I damaged a part during installation. Sauder sent me a replacement at no charge and in a timely manner. This is the type of high end customer service that you don't often see. Just a great company to do business with.

I got the Mainstays student desk for my Acer Chromebook 15 and it still looks as good as the day i got it y'all make the best furniture and Acer makes the best Chromebooks i'd recommend sauder
