“A lot of bad reviews on this business. I needed to talk to someone there and they did return my call. Very clean and safe place. Just follow their rules and everything should be okay. 30 day notice to move out. Sweep it out and take pictures and email it to them. Remove the lock. One thing to look out for. They will raise your rent after two months.”

“Not sure why any bad reviews...but there is always a few karens ! It was an easy purchase of a 10×10 and that was from out of state. The man on the phone was very pleasant and gave very clear directions on my unit and how to access once i got here. I had no issue at any point. You do have to give 30 day notice of evacuation, but that is listed very clearly. I swept out my unit , sent a picture and was sent a message of thanks. All contact free and appointment free and much cheaper than many !! Would use again !!”
