I've been a customer of Terry Hendricks for a few years now and I've never have had this bad of an experience with them before. I'm taking my 4-star rating away due to their lack of communication, long wait times, and surprise bills. I had my AC go out at the beginning of June and it's been over 5 months, 4 visits, and my car is still not fixed! I could write an article but all you need to know is do not bother getting your car serviced here unless it's a simple oil change.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a vehicle from a dealership. Haleigh and Adrienne were both upfront, prompt, and honest about everything throughout the process. I came all the way out of southern Kentucky about an 8 hour drive and I’ll do it again for my next vehicle!

I was working with a man. Then he push me off on to Haleigh. Haleigh told me I can’t qualify for ford fusion. But a different car. So I told her if I put some more money down. Will it work. So she went try it. She said so no it want work. But then u say different car will work. Now I can’t get approve for no car. They don’t work with nobody. Here it is. I got approved else where for the exact same vehicle. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL..

Thank you for your great service! I was kept informed every step of the way, beginning with the scheduled pickup, which was exactly on time. When an issue came up, I was called to see if I wanted them to handle it now, or wait until another time. He let me know how much it would cost, to help make the decision. They also let me know as soon as it was delivered. Thank you for a job well done!
