The U‑Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers excellent customer service. The staff walks customers through the entire rental process, clearly answering every question tossed at them. When a truck was unavailable, the employee tracked one down, brought it to the location, and had it ready for pickup the next day. The employee is helpful, makes every attempt to ensure a smooth moving process, and is considered the best U‑Haul franchise ever utilized. Communication is spot on.

I called the day before I needed the truck, told him what I was needing, and since he did not have one available he tracked one down went and brought it back to his location, for me to pick up the next day. Very amazing of him to do that.
