The U‑Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers excellent customer service. The staff walks customers through the entire rental process, clearly answering every question tossed at them. When a truck was unavailable, the employee tracked one down, brought it to the location, and had it ready for pickup the next day. The employee is helpful, makes every attempt to ensure a smooth moving process, and is considered the best U‑Haul franchise ever utilized. Communication is spot on.

The truck was ready to go when we arrived. The gentleman that took care of us was friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of us quickly and gave us a pretty darn accurate idea of the miles we would use. We will definitely be renting from him again.
