We had our pool installed by them in 2017. Still in great shape. Whenever we need anything done with our pool or any products they come to the rescue and solve our issue. Very professional. I would recommend them to anybody for their pool needs.

Only place around that I could get to come out and fix my pool issues. Great place and they do everything via text so it is super easy. The cost was way better than we anticipated.

Besides just using them for opening/closing and getting water tests and chemicals I recently needed some new equipment. My old heater was shot and band-aid fixes weren’t going to keep it chugging along. They matched up what I previously had to a newer version from RayPak. Absolutely fantastic service as always. They’re great with communicating when they’re going to be there to work and once they’re finished. I’d recommend anyone else giving them a shot too.

We couldn't be happier from start to finish!
Dave was great during the quoting stage and helping to design our pool/retaining wall in our very steep backyard. All together we received four quotes for our pool, but ended up going with SunSpot as Dave shared our vision for the backyard and gained our confidence during the quoting/design phase.
From the time Jim and the guys came out to install, the communication, work ethic, and attention to detail was second to none. They worked hard every day and let us know exactly where we were at each day. In 2-3 weeks, they had transformed our backyard.
Dave had told me in the beginning that SunSpot did everything in house. I listened, but fully expected to see subs for the wall or excavation but they never came. I couldn't believe that it was Dave and Jim out there everyday running the bobcat, building the wall, and finishing the pool. These guys are true professionals and I would recommend SunSpot to anyone looking for a good, local company, that will build your pool like it was their own!
In addition to the install the service/communication we have received from the Furniture Side and Pool Service side has been as professional as the installers. Overall just a great company!

We have been customers of Sunspot Pool and Patio in Cincinnati for the 22 years we have lived in the area. We have always received consistently high quality and outstanding service from the entire staff. They are knowledgeable, professional and personable. In comparison, we also have a house with a pool in VA, and have used multiple pool companies, but none provided the quality of service that Sunspot provides!

I had called all over to get someone to repair my swimming pool computer generated salt system, SunSpot Pool came to the rescue. Not only showed up the next day, replaced the mother board on the system but checked the chemical balance and stayed long enough to make sure everything was working. So the next day I went to SunSpot to pay my bill,very impressed with all the pool supplies, but also they really r very knowlegable about pool settings, so I was able to get many pool questions answered and I told them they have a new customer for life...
