I have had the best experiences at Affinity Hair Salon in Ashland Ohio for years. MICHELLE D. Is awesome and she is so wonderful with my daughter who has down syndrome. If Michelle isn't available I would gladly book an appointment with Lona or Sabrina. A talented group of people do their magic at Affinity!! Highly recommend!!

I will never use this salon specifically because of Ashley, her personality and attitude is a disgusting front for the business. She doesn't understand that the way she treats people outside of work will follow her in her career. Treating people as if she is above them will be her downfall. I'll make sure to tell everyone NOT to use this hair salon as long as Ashley is employed there. ?

I personally have been coming to Sabrina for over 13 years now because I was sick of having my hair messed up over and over again. I must say in those 13+ years I have never had a bad experience or a bad haircut. I honestly look forward to each and every visit, I always walk out feeling like a million bucks!! She notices the small details that make or break a good haircut. The salon atmosphere is very clean, well kept, professional and nicely decorated and and the staff and other stylist are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this salon and Sabrina as your stylist if you want great service and hair care consistently

Clean environment. Extremely friendly staff that's very easy to talk to as well. Appointments are easy to make. Highly recommend whether you're going for a trim or something more fancy like a coloring or pedicure.
