just got service setup. from the homepass app. to the service guy. everything was great. internet is way faster than what i use to have with spectrum for a much cheaper price!

Still expensive compared to Frontier. They get you with entry price the jack it up in 6 months. Finally are unlimited. Took other companies coming in the area to make them change. They need to be more forward thinking instead of reacting to what other companies do.

There's an employee that keeps parking his Armstrong bucket truck or his Armstrong van on our street (East Washington in Ashland) over night and on weekends and taking up parking spaces that are for people that live around here with no driveways or garages. He has a driveway for his personal car on the next street over. Why can't he park his work truck at work and quit taking up parking spaces?

I pay for the highest speed internet they have, but get this, it does not get speeds faster than 10 mbps ever. The wifi disconnects multiple times every hour making streaming or gaming impossible. I will be canceling services, because the service is a scam.Find an entirely different provider because armstrong is not it.

If you can't afford your bill because of switching jobs and waiting for your first check, they cancel service and charge you 600 for equipment fees even though you plan on paying your current bill when you receive your paycheck

Internet disconnects and reconnects like 100 times a day. I don’t pay almost a hundred bucks a month for it to do this.

Mike & Jacob made a service call to 1035 Foxhaven Drive today Aug 9th to move a Internet cable line that was installed under ceiling rafters that should have been above.Very polite and professional young men. Checked all the wires inside and outside making sure everything was in great condition. Asked if there was any other concerns or issues we had.Wish all service calls could be as efficient and timely.Thank you,Linda & Barry Sponsler

We were having trouble with our modem/router. Michael P. was the technician that showed up right on time. I can't say enough good things about Michael. Very knowledgeable, very professional and very easy to talk to. He answered all my stupid questions with grace and professionalism. He got us fixed up and we are back to rippin and roaring. Thank you Michael and all of the Armstrong team for a great job.
