If you can't afford your bill because of switching jobs and waiting for your first check, they cancel service and charge you 600 for equipment fees even though you plan on paying your current bill when you receive your paycheck

Internet disconnects and reconnects like 100 times a day. I don’t pay almost a hundred bucks a month for it to do this.

Mike & Jacob made a service call to 1035 Foxhaven Drive today Aug 9th to move a Internet cable line that was installed under ceiling rafters that should have been above.Very polite and professional young men. Checked all the wires inside and outside making sure everything was in great condition. Asked if there was any other concerns or issues we had.Wish all service calls could be as efficient and timely.Thank you,Linda & Barry Sponsler

We were having trouble with our modem/router. Michael P. was the technician that showed up right on time. I can't say enough good things about Michael. Very knowledgeable, very professional and very easy to talk to. He answered all my stupid questions with grace and professionalism. He got us fixed up and we are back to rippin and roaring. Thank you Michael and all of the Armstrong team for a great job.

So I over pay for internet that doesn’t even work as it’s supposed to. Not to mention it’s been down all evening which is inexcusable. Can’t even call them to complain either. Poor service

I was not sure exactly what my issues involved were with my wifi and televisions were. Mike was very knowledgeable and patient explaining and resolving all our issues. Mike is definitely an asset for Armstrong-Ashland

I called Armstrong because I was having internet problems with 1 television. Mike showed up and had already looked into my problem and did some troubleshooting before he arrived. Changed router, puck, and checked all connections. Troubleshot my concerns and explained it in laymen’s terms. Mike is very knowledgeable, and professional. Thank You

They cut my power line in my ground, they used a company called Jeff's underground service. That company would never call me back they made me pay for it to replace it. I don't recommend them.
