Do you remember when you first started driving and you didn't know anything about cars and your older family members helped you out when you need it? that's how it felt going here. it's so hard to find any type of auto place that doesn't treat me like an illiterate worm because I'm a woman who doesn't know anything about cars. this is literally the first time I've had an auto store experience where I didn't feel like I was secretly being called stupid. very quick, very kind. I'm going to recommend this place until I can't speak anymore.

Shitty service and junk batteries with no warranty. He will treat you like a fool and argue about everything.

Selling a used refurbished battery for $70 is ridiculous. There is no refurbishment process. They do not do any type of cleaning or testing. These are junkyard batteries that are holding on with a prayer to keeping a charge. Go to AutoZone. Pay a few bucks more and get yourself a brand new battery instead of bothering yourself something that is a POS.

Real good phone etiquette, couldn't understand what he said then he acted as if I was wasting his time. I'm looking for a $300 battery and I guess they don't need my money. Now you know why I stick with one dealer.

Have been a long time customer here, however I bought a battery there on September 19th and it was dead by October 29th. Did not have my receipt so they would not return it. However I did have my bank statement showing that I paid for it, still would not do anything for me. Then they tried to tell me that it wasn't the battery that it was my car. Went to a different location and bought a new battery and everything has been fine. Thanks for nothing! Will never go back there again!
