Still had to go home and clean my car off because there was still purple soap or whatever it was from this place on my car. Waste of time. Only came here bc i got a token from bill harris.

Ashland Laser Wash – Very Disappointing Experience
I purchased a $25 monthly subscription online before visiting the Ashland Laser Wash. When I arrived, I ran my vehicle through the wash—which normally costs $12 without a subscription—and the entire wash lasted no more than a minute. When I exited, my car still had visible salt and snow on it due to the poor sprayers. I attempted to go through the wash again, but the system wouldn’t allow me to.
I took photos of the condition of my vehicle and then called the company that manages the subscriptions. They informed me that I had already used my “one wash for the day” and that they could not offer a refund. I explained that I paid $25 for a subscription and received the equivalent of a $12 wash that didn’t even clean my car. I asked for at least the difference back since I would not be returning, but they refused because the wash had “already been used.”
This is extremely disappointing and feels like bad business. The wash quality was poor, the subscription wasn’t honored in a reasonable way, and the customer service showed no willingness to make it right. I do not recommend this car wash or their subscription service.

It’s great when the app works correctly. There is NO weekend or after hours support to resolve their issues with their system. And NO vacuums either. But one of the few local options if you have a dually truck.
Perfect example - one of the bays is broke again!

This car wash generally works well. Like most automated car washes, this one needs more frequent maintenance in cold weather. Given this reality, it is more likely that at least one of the bays will be out of commission for maintenance in the winter. However, the crew seems to get things fixed quickly and the FB posting informs customers of these inconveniences when they occur.

The car wash is decent when it’s open. There’s been many times when I’ve went and it’s been closed. The sprayers are also clogged often.

Great touchless car wash - well worth the detour off I80. Two automatic touchless car bays - well maintained and indicators on washes showing status of current wash.

Water pressure was great but charged me for a wash and dry when I only got a seasonal rinse.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND
I’ve had a membership with this laser wash for well over a year and I will say, it was great at first. Over the time the wash has progressively gotten worse. Half of the time the wash seems to be out of products and will barely spray, the dryers are not strong, and not to mention the water smells very musty?
I’ve had this wash stop on me MANY times where I have to call the help number and WAIT for them to fix it so I can finish the wash. The last time it stopped on me, it was half through the soap and just stopped and said “thank you for your purchase “. There was a worker working on the right bay so I asked him what he could do to help me and was EXTREMELY rude saying he “is already working on something and there’s nothing he can do” so I had to drive all the way to a different car wash WITH SOAP ON MY CAR. Not only was I out the one car wash I get with my membership but I was rudely talked to in a manner that was unacceptable. The car wash will also have you pay, tell you your purchase is complete, then as soon as the car in front of you is done-it’ll wipe the system as if you never paid for the wash. And your out $5-$12.
This car wash will gladly take your money and proceed to give you a very bad service. I understand technical difficulties happen but this has happened way too many times. I 100% will be finding another wash station that can provide me a much better experience and hope everyone else will too.

Worst place.I ever got my truck washed Paid $11. Drove in like like they told me to spray soap. on truck Then
Said you are done pull out did not raise truck off.
Pulled back around spent another five dollars to raise it off a this is what it looks like They call me back monday and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me two free top Washes free thank you very much
