I never had anything but great customer service here. I quit smoking to change over to vaping. I was helped to pick out my first vape.. that meant a lot because I knew nothing about vapes. I Would recommend them to everyone.

Good up to the point where I called to tell them they sold me the wrong product. Rather than "sorry, no returns," it was calling me stupid and telling me I didn't know what I was talking about.
That makes me sad because they were nice up to that point but now I'm afraid to go back because the lady on the phone was a jerk. Until this is rectified I will be blasting this all over the phone. The worker didn't even have the balls to share her name.
That is not "snowflake behavior" for me to be upset by this. You could've just parroted policy. You didn't have to be a jerk about it.
I will never return to this location ever

I don't normally go to Cheap Tobacco for my Delta 8 purchases. Not based on any bad experience I had, I guess just because I thought if they had Delta 8 at all the selection would be minimal as I thought the main focus of the store was tobacco products. I had to take my mother for a haircut in the same plaza and was stuck killing some time until she was done. And there I was so I went in.
I was greeted by the staff and at the same time noticed a sign about a clearance sale. I asked for details and was taken to the area where the clearance items were displayed. I was impressed by how much there was available at a fraction of the price. I bought 3 items for less than I've paid for 1 similar item in the past at other retailers. In fact I went home and looked up my purchases online to see how much they would be and found out I would have spent $70+ and I left there spending less than $30!
All I can say is if Cheap Tobacco keeps having sales like that, I don't have any reason to go anywhere else for my Delta 8 purchases!

Had an honest mistake happen when ringing up items at the register, and I was really unhappy with the resolution provided. I've since gotten phone calls from the area manager and the store manager offering to make it right. I appreciate them recognizing that it was not handled correctly, owning up to it, and offering to make it right. And no, they didn't ask me to change my review, I'm doing it because it's the right thing to do.

They have a wide selection of products at decent prices, but the staff isn't great. I feel I'm being watched and hovered over every time I go in. The employees stick close by and consistently ask if Im ready or know what I want for them to take out of the lockup. Last time I visited, Ian in particular was very short and snappy for absolutely no reason, other than it looked like I may have interrupted his smoke break on the way in. I find it entirely unacceptable to ever take out your personal frustrations on a customer. I was a regular customer but after multiple unwelcoming experiences I don't feel comfortable dealing with the staff here.

I love their selection of cbd n delta 8 ....I woukd recommend anyone to try their carts out ....their delta 8 greenery.....they have surprised me with how good their products are and its cheaper .....give it a try you'll love there products
