I had shopped at the Fort Wayne store when looking for something unique and I also love to support small business. Now… I regret ever supporting them.I purchased a pair of pants. Being in a hurry I wasn’t able to try them on. The girl at the store told me “oh they’ll definitely fit”. When I got home they were way too big. I popped in with the intention of simply exchanging. I have a small business myself and I wanted them to keep my money…I just wanted something I’d be able actually wear.When I walked in with the bag I was immediately told that “there are no returns due to Covid”. The girl then pointed to a small 4x4 homemade chalkboard sign stating just that. Seriously?First of all, that sign was not there five days before when I purchased the pants. She did not tell me verbally of the new return policy nor was it on any other signage. Interesting too that I was never given a receipt. Also, it’s fine to try things on????I explained this and she just kept saying that it’s “due to Covid”.Note that their website states that they accept unworn clothing with tags still attached within 10 days!The girl simply didn’t want to deal with any exchanges or perhaps didn’t want her sales for the day to reflect a return or exchange.I’ve since emailed the company and no response.If taking advantage is of a global pandemic is how they achieve more sales that I feel sorry for this girl and this store.

I have shopped here a few times over the years and like to support local business. Workers were friendly, they stock cute stuff, but quality is hit or miss.However I stopped by today to find them closed. (Google listed them as open at the time). The sign on their door was posted last winter, and their Facebook page has not been updated in months. I would recommend verifying their business hours before stopping by. I hope management updates their info soon.

This is hands down one of my favorite boutiques. They have such a wide variety of women's clothing. There is something for everyone. The owners are so sweet and helpful. They have a true eye for fashion and can help you put together an outfit for any occasion. I love that the have an online store as well as a Facebook group that you can purchase from. You then can pick up your purchases in store or have them shipped. They are definitely into finding new and unique avenues to expand their business. I highly recommend shopping here!!

I went for the first time last week and purchased two shirts. I was pleased with the facility and worker and enjoyed my shopping experience however the shirt I purchased was worn one time and is already falling apart at the seams. For the price of the shirt, I was very disappointed I only got to wear it once before it started falling apart.

I LOVE this boutique; however, I have some grave concerns about their business. First off, I have been a customer there since 2016. The clothes I purchased back then are still around today. On two different occasions within the past four years I have shipped clothing. There is nothing on their website stating when you can expect your items to be shipped by. So, you will spend a lot of time waiting around for an email about when your clothes are going to come in. The second time I purchased clothes, 11 days later I had still not received communication about when my order was going to be sent out. After emailing them they told me that most of my items were coming from their store in Indiana and were waiting to either ship the items from there or waiting to transfer the items to Ohio to then send them to me in TN. I spent over $300 on clothes and not only did I have to pay for shipping, but I have to wait for them to transfer the clothes to a different state just so they can be shipped from one location (which I never asked for them to do). I do not mind at all waiting weeks for a shipment if it had been stated on the website. In this technological age where we receive packages from Amazon and Chewy in two days so, I feel as though it is expected to receive your order within a week or two from someone. I also wish that they would had more pictures and descriptions of their items on their website. In most of their pictures they pair their clothing with other items you can purchase from their store. This could simply be done with hyperlinks or a description of the other products that way one does not have to search the entire website looking for the whole outfit.

This seems to be a pattern with this boutique - terrible quality and worse yet customer service! My daughter and I bought a dress here for a wedding. When she went to put the dress on, the zipper broke and she was not able to wear it. We took it back to the store the next week, with the receipt, and not only would they not return it, they wouldn't give store credit or anything. Besides not doing anything to make it right, they were combative and accusatory about how it happened. In her words "i'm not sure how the zipper breaks, and the tags magically remove theselves in the bag" as a response to our frustration. I get having a return policy of 10 days for those that change their mind, but when an item breaks? Seriously, stand behind your product. I will NEVER shop there again and tell all my friends to never do business with them. Very disappointed!

I have been trying to support local businesses during COVID especially this boutique since I generally love shopping with them. However, I bought a dress with them that I subsequently tried to return- with COVID, their hours are all over the place, I went to the store and was told they were pickup only and couldn't process the return that day which was within their return window. After that encounter, I emailed the address listed on their website and never heard back from them. I FINALLY was able to get into the store after trying multiple weekends in a row only to find a locked door- I was met with no understanding, rather rudeness and an unwilling owner. I don't think I will be spending any more money with this business in the near future.

The boutiques near by are typically locally owned and have great customer service. We have a new BOUTIQUE in town, it is called Clothes Minded. It's not locally owned, it's a chain boutique and their etiquette is a little different than what I have experienced shopping at our local boutiques. Cute clothes. TERRIBLE QUALITY. & they have poor customer service. I bought this cute shirt from Clothes Minded, only to have it fall apart within 30 minutes of wearing it. The string began pulling out at the sleeve. Though frustrated I thought to myself, 'I can crochet this back together and re-tie it myself'. I went to my dentist appointment, came home and looked more at the construction of the shirt... and notice a HUGE imperfection on the sleve. Giving Clothes Minded the benefit of the doubt, I told myself this item was defective and went into the store to exchange it. The general manager of the store (the only lady I have seen in there, ever) told me she would message the store owner to see what she wanted to do about it that they 'have never seen something like this'. I certainly have never bought a 48$ shirt and it fall about within hours myself. After receiving word back from the "Store Owner", the lady told me that there is nothing they are willing to do. That she knows 100% that the shirt did not leave the store like that and regardless if it is a defect or not... it is the RISK I take shopping at a BOUTIQUE. Again. Recieving poor quality clothing, IS THE RISK I TAKE SHOPPING AT A BOUTIQUE. I never post negative comments about people or businesses. However, I want all my co-boutiquers to know... to be cautious shopping at Clothes Minded boutique. From the mouth of the general manager herself this type of situation is the "RISK you take shopping at a boutique". I have never experienced this risk before... perhaps this RISK is only when shopping at chain boutiques. So, I spent 48$ to wear a sweater for roughly 3 hours.

LOVE this boutique!! <3 I walked in completely clueless as to what to wear for my engagement photos & walked out feeling so relieved & excited to wear my new items that were hand picked just for me. Everything in the store is absolutely adorable & amazing quality, and the people are just as sweet. I couldn’t recommend a better place to shop❤️

Very poor customer service !!! Don’t ever buy jewlery from this store . I bought 2 shirts and a necklace that totaled over 100.00 I got to my car and pulled the necklace out and it was broke . I had not even left the parking lot , went back in to show the sales person and she said sorry we have a no return policy on jewlery !!! I said I just left the store and she was like sorry. I’m totally fine with this policy if I had left and came back three days later but seriously I went outside. I would guess the jewlery is so poorly made that is why the policy is in place . I emailed my concerns to the owner and never heard back which I find to be poor customer service as well . Will never return to this store !
