So I was just in sporting goods using my phone to lean over and take picture of ammo behind counter. Manager walks by as if I didn't exist! Heck with it, I went to automotive to check out, a trainee sees me coming and asks regular employee to unlock register. THE TRAINEE HAS FAR SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND AWARENESS THAN THE MANAGER!!!
