Not even a one star. Called for a nail trim on my service animal only to get told they don't touch anything with pit in the bred.. Straight up discrimination! Jax is the biggest baby around. Smh it's 2023 get it together.

Today, we walked out and won’t be back. We have for a long time been treated with a bad negative attitude. I just didn’t know that a business owner could be so rude to the very ones who bring her business and pay her bills. I honestly don’t remember ever being welcomed with a smile. Never a thank you. Just attitude!

I had taken my mal/shi there a few times. She shaved her bald even her ears which i didn't ask her to do. I decided i would try again writing down the instructions. I explained i didnt want her shaved. She was rude and short with me and told me she would have to be shaved because she had a few tiny mats on her back legs. She told me if i didn't want her shaved to take her some place else. Believe me i will she was also eydeand snappy with a feiend i recommended go there.

We love Ms. Maria and have taken our pets to her for over 18 years. Maria is friendly and provides excellent services to all size dogs. We have also used her for boarding. I never have any concerns leaving my pets in her care.
