Was closed 6 times trying to go there after saying they were open online, went in on a weekend to get my tires put on FINALLY and was told ' we do not put new tires on during the weekend, only plug them and it will be a few hours wait '. Absolutely ridiculous for a tire shop to not put tires on during the weekend & to be closed as much as they are!

Got 4 tires for my Nissan Rogue. They ordered the tires and they were in the next day and they called me and I went in first thing in the morning and had them put on.. No problems.Quick service and a good price.

Called in to make sure they could change our tires we were told yes until noon.
We have now drove 35 minutes out of our way to be here at 11 and are being told they won’t do it they decided they are going home for the day early. People don’t have extra money to drive around for no reason

They could balance my 31 x 18.5 x 15 Hoosier radials. Other tire shops couldn't. Very happy with their service.

Had a set of tires put on my truck February 3 only drove a few times less here in town and on February 12 the left front tire fell off my truck the wheel lost all 6 lug nut when I question that the wheel couldn’t have been torque to correct spec of 140 ft pound cause if it had been I wouldn’t have list all 6 lug nuts then they said there was nothing they could do didn’t even offer to pay for the lost lug nuts cause of there mistake in 50 year of changing tire and torque to correct spec I have never lost a lug nut or wheel till February 12 2025 and I have never had to retorque so there claim is false so I recommend to stay away from them cause if I were driving on the 4 lane I wouldn’t be able to write this comment it’s a poor business

On Feb. 3, 2025 my had went to Guys Tire in Ashland Ohio for 4 new tires. On February 12, 2025 his front driver tire fell off while driving in town. All 6 of the lug nuts were off. Their receipt says to re-torc the tires after 70 miles. My Dad is retired and does minimal if any driving around. This tire could not have been torces to begin with. I could understand 1 or 2 lug nuts being loose but all 6 falling off completely. When my Dad called them today they excepted no responsibility or even offer to cover the lug nuts. Terrible customer service. Poor work and work ethic. So not recommend.

Small shop. No appointments... so you have to schedule yourself around that. But what you get is affordable service, in fact it was the most affordable place for 100 miles.

Guys tire service provided the best experience anyone could ever have in replacing my "donut" with my only spare tire. He automatically checked my tread depth on the other tires and suggested I get one more that was below parr, and that at minimal cost. The attendants were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and diligent. I intend to use them for all my tire needs. Everyone in Ashland should you likewise. Totally satisfied
