I came to look at the facility since it was so close to my home it felt like it was a blessing. As I approached on the motorcycle I intended to store I was intercepted by an older woman with attitude like as if I was doing something wrong. Obviously she doesnt need my business. I do not have the patience to deal with foul people.

Went today to get a storage unit. I was not welcomed into the building had to stand outside the door while the elderly lady stood inside the door. Something very off putting about speaking to someone through a cracked door. The lady ask me for a five digit code for the gate, phone, driver’s license, bank card or credit card witch I had no problem with her request. Everything was fine until she demanded my Social Security number. I then ask for all my credentials back and left. Their are only couple reason I should supply my SS# and this not one of them.

If I could give zero starts I would. This is the absolute worst place I've ever had to deal with. The lady is a mouthy pos. She red tagged my unit and wouldn't unlock it even though I have my receipt from 2 days ago. I had to bring the cops into it. I would recommend anywhere else besides here.

They don't prorate you locker for the month, I don't think they are that hard up for money but since I paid my bill on time for 9 months straight, I was hoping to get prorated since I only used it one week out of the month that I paid. Shop around for other lockers before you go here and save some money. Hershey's store and lock it!

for those posts about woman in office, she's the owner. she's a older wealthy short hair loud mouth real piece or trash person. she will like and scam anyone out of anything she can. they have codes unique to each person so they know who is there or not, seems to maybe be logical. I had the police called on me and harassed by them when I was at my unit and had another person show up to help me, not sure why, but the owner decided during mid afternoon to call the police which was a fowl gesture. also if your unit did get broken into they would obviously know who was there at the time with the unique codes, but sorry, not a chance u get any help from the owner or police on that one. last but not least they want you to use their own locks so they can access your unit at their pleasure if needed. overpriced and not worth the owners lies and attitude. no one intelligent that has done business with her would do it again or recommend it

Forced me to put someone on my lease for the unit whom I did not wish to name. This someone is my sister who has stolen my property from previous storage. Flat out told her I didn't want this thief on my papers. She looked at me like I was a liar. Well, dearie, I'm not. My b**** of a sister who you seemed to get on with ( peas in a pod?) is a consummate liar. Virtually ignored me and spoke with her, nevermind that it's my property being stored. MY PROPERTY. Was not forthcoming about price, either.
