Update : the driver was very kind and understanding. The dispatcher and I had misunderstandings about how the service works, the price, and what to do upon arrival of the car. But - she kept an eye on the ride to make sure it worked out, and asked the driver to give me a brochure to help me understand the process. As a person with Autism, the visuals helped so much! I think ultimately some people and I just don't understand each other well off the bat, but her want to help me anyway shined through.”
