We were at a convention in Grand Rapids..stopped by his booth..noticed he had tiaras on display...asked if we could purchase 2 for granddaughters who play princesses...said these were display but would be glad to send them to us..I expressed I wanted to buy 2..also wanted them by Valentine's Day..I called him yesterday noon...he gave me routing number for UPS..well I got them January 31, the same day I called him...very pleasant, enjoyed talking with him

Our club has used this company for many years for our events. Service is excellent and ribbons always arrive on time. We have several different ribbons that we order for our events and sometimes special requests. Everything is always exactly as we wanted. I highly recommend this company.

Beautiful, beautiful, hand made ribbons and rosettes at great prices! Customer service is a little slow, but only because they are a small American company. Be patient, and other clubs will be jealous of your rosettes. ?
