Our experience with Advanced Management Systems, specifically with their President, Kevin Smith, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Additional work was conducted without our authorization, and when we questioned the legitimacy of this additional billing, the response was both aggressive and accusatory.
Rather than engaging in a respectful discussion or offering clarification, Kevin’s communication was hostile, accusing us of avoiding confrontation and questioning our integrity. This escalation occurred without any effort to address the core issue—unauthorized work and unexpected billing.
Based on this interaction, we would strongly advise against working with Advanced Management Systems. Their lack of professionalism and inability to handle customer concerns in a respectful manner leaves much to be desired.
We expected a professional accounting service but received the opposite: unauthorized work, aggressive communication, and poor conflict resolution.

Awesome guy, really helped me do my taxes in the most efficient way while providing a lot of helpful advice. I started going to him two years ago and this will be year three. Easily the most knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly person I have ever worked with on finance. When I have more assets, I will definitely be seeking out his financial advice more than just for taxes.
