Great team at ashtabula store! Walked in with no phone from it being broken. I switched from Verizon to the first net for first responders. It was a process with the fraud department but let me tell you Tommy (store manager) fought to get my line open and stayed it constant communication during the entire process. Thank you guys!!!

At first, I thought Tommy was being extremely helpful. My phone was broken and I had had it for 6-7 years. He said no problem, we can just give you a new phone for free. I was supposed to be paying $50 a month for unlimited data and text messages.Well, he lied. I got my bill and it was over $200. He had signed me up for every single possible thing he could. From insurance to monthly upgrades. And even the most expensive data plan instead of the deal. It took me 3 months to get it sorted out. I ended up having to talk to AT&T's head office.And to top it all off, he locked me into a 3 year contract where I am paying $1,100 for a phone that was used and outdated when I got it. He said the used phone was free. Yet, I am paying an insane price for a phone that was two series out if date when I got it. Scratches and all.Tommy is worse than any used car salesman I ever met.

I was absolutely amazed by how well I was treated. Louis W. help me set up my new line he was amazing and very helpful with all of my questions. You need more people like him, because he truly knows his job and is very kind and patient. I will definitely be doing business with AT&T Ashtabula Store again.
