“This little shop is very small but has just about everything you could need and helpful knowledgeable staff that can get you just about anything you could want, very friendly and very helpful and very quick no waiting in lines or searching for an employee like Walmart just to find out they don't have what you need, the prices are roughly the same or a little higher then Walmart but for the excellent service and quick help its very very worth it!”
“Albert's may not be known for replacing mufflers and tail pipes --- but should be!! Recently, Albert's replaced my muffler and tail pipe for a very reasonable price and was quick!! They have the equipment to fabricate specific to your auto or truck. I highly recommend Albert's . . . In fact, they are the only auto service that have touched our cars during the past 15 years.”
“Called for a part, they confirmed that they had it, was told he would send his guy out to remove the part and call me immediately when it was ready, which he did 20 to 30 minutes later, price was fair, service was great, just good ole boys, diffinitly the place to go when you need spare parts.”
“Parts are normally pretty good, but the staff... The staff is actually very helpful, they are friendly, most of them are knowledgeable. And the part that drives me the most about the staff is the fact that they have the lugnuts to where if they don't have something and can't get it they will try to help you find alternatives sources to get whatever the items may be .... “I just had my new(to me) vehicle fixed at Motta's. The lower front control arm mounting points were rusted and becoming a safety issue. I went in to Motta's expecting the price to be about double what I was quoted. It was fixed very well and at a very affordable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. “Don’t know what the bad reviews are about. I showed up as a walk in on Sunday afternoon right before a storm was coming. I called several other places, this was the only place that would even consider taking my car in. When I walked in they said they had no appointments but they could do my car between appointments but that it would be a few hours. I live in NJ, it was an emergency and I NEEDED to get home. I had a bulge in my tire and there was no way I was going to be able to drive 8 hours back home. Luckily they had 2 kuma tires that fit my car. My car was ready within 3 hours. Tires beautifully balanced and got home safely to NJ! Thank you so much!!!”
