Everytime I have had interact with any of the salespersons at our local location they have been friendly and extremely helpful. Including each time I've had to call customer service they also have been the same. I highly recommend cricket wireless for your cell phone needs.

I went in around opening on a Sunday, to be assisted in selecting the new phone I required- There were quite a few models on special. I received quick and courteous assistance in the matter, and having my new line activated, by Anush. My experience was quite effective. Thanks again!

The customer service at this location is awesome. Ricky's the best person I've met for cricket stores that I've been in. I've been in 2 cricket stores in South western PA and she beats both stores for customer service. She is so friendly, polite and courteous and you can tell she really cares about her customers and willing to help you out with any questions that you might have.
