Great place for 90% of sports needs and hunting.. Always a good staff Working there ..store is a little overwhelming to shop because it's so packed , they really need more square footage, but that's the only downfall.

Went to take back a hoodie I got for my brother and they wouldn’t even let me exchange it for the right size. They wanted me to pay 10 dollars. Um no I will not be giving 10 dollars. Just wanted an exchange it for a bigger size. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

While the store workers said they are just enforcing "corporate policy", this store has absurd firearms policies. Customers are not permitted to even touch firearms unless they are bureaucratically permitted to purchase firearms in the State of Ohio (i.e. you're not from out of State). Workers enforce this ID policy even if you are attempting to help an Ohio resident find, fit, and purchase a new firearm. Additionally, employees refuse to remove trigger locks, so prospective purchasers cannot gauge proper grip, length of pull, or trigger function on any firearm. This is not the place to research and purchase a new firearm. I recommend going to Garrett's Guns in Ashtabula or Sportsman's Warehouse in Erie instead. You won't experience those absurd policies there.

Everything looks cheaply made and over-stocked. Not a lot of walking room. I was amazed at how much was crammed into this store.
