Man at counter (name on register receipt says Mark) greeted us as we entered store. He took a lot of time with us, answering all my questions and suggesting the best headset and game controller for my needs. He tested used controllers for us, but I ultimately purchased new. I, being an older adult, see good customer service less frequently now a days and like to acknowledge it when I do.
