I was in Goodwill yesterday. The 50% off color of the week was green. I searched the store high and wide and did not find a single green tag. So they go through and pull all the color tags that are 50% off. The prices have gotten so ridiculous, but I still would look. I think I’m done shopping there because of this underhanded process of pulling things they claim are on sale. I have also stopped donating to goodwill. I donate to Salvation Army or the cancer society thrift shops. I also have noticed that there are less people in the store when I go.

When you order from them make sure to ask for sproof an items works like a game. When they say “tested and works” ask for proof! Make sure the video game turns on and you ask for a picture like every other site does.7 day wis doe for a return . Joke

Very organized and large! Fantastic for space and variety. Staff was lovely as well.My only bone to pick are about how Goodwill's prices have skyrocketed since the items started to be priced individually, but I know this isn't the employees' fault. It's the organization's higher ups and I wish they would take a step back and put their prices back to where they used to be to make it more accessible for folks who can't afford firsthand.Otherwise, this store is perfect! Absolutely wonderful!

Goodwill used to be a fun place to shop. I always enjoyed looking around for my next great find. But unfortunately - those days are over. Current management has taken the fun out of the hunt by increasing their prices to the point of being ridiculous. I often hear other shoppers grumbling about how expensive Goodwill has become. It’s too bad, It seems there’s no more “good will” at Goodwill.

They have revamped the store...I don't like it as much as in the past. I liked rummaging thru and finding unique items...it's looking too big box now. Everything is donated...I don't understand why some items are priced high.

This location isn't even worth going to anymore. They have raised their prices significantly and have anywhere from 600 to 1000 items for sale online to make as much money as possible. (who wants to scroll through that many listings on a poorly designed website?) What is offered for sale in the physical location is just overpriced yard sale left overs.

There are anywhere from 600 to 1000 items for sale on their clunky website. (who wants to scroll through all that) What is left in the store is mostly overpriced yard sale left overs. Straight up greed, and all the employees will agree. Donate locally, exploit globally.

I bought clothing, a rice cooker, a DVD player, etc. all at very very low prices. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is going to be a regular stop when I go to Ashtabula for now on.
