Showed up 5 till close and they had the doors locked already. When it says close at 6 it should be at that time instead of wherever the employee feels like it

Drove from Conneaut and arrived at 7:55pm. The "OPEN" sign was lit but the lights were off and the door was locked. The sign on the door says they're open until 8pm.

This is very clean and well stocked store for all of your tobacco and alcohol products if needed. The store design is shopper friendly for ease of purchasing. The staff is very accommodating in helping customers with their purchases and answering any questions.
