A beautiful place, 2 ponds with fountains and a large swimming pool, game room, and very nice people. Mostly long-term, but a few overnight spots. We called at 6:00 p.m., but got a spot without sewer.

The people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful. The fishing is amazing for first time anglers. The pool is nice, it's large and clean.
