Asked how long 2 of us would have to wait and they said they could take us right now for manicures. We were here for a total of 2 hours because they weren’t ready. The owner was accommodating but the other worker that worked on my sisters nails was very rude and off putting. We were just in town visiting family and will try a different place next time.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This place has disappointed me too many times, but this last time is the last straw. A pedicure cost too much, to wait an hours for an appointment I scheduled a week ago, then have the lady be rude to me and rush my pedicure. I wish I wouldn't have left a tip. Because if all this isn't bad enough, I didn't realize how bad my pedicure looked until I got home. Toe nails weren't filed, heels and sides of my feet rough, not smooth. Polish smudged. No massage or lotion. I could have done better myself. I'll never go back there!

The older man that works there cut me with a nail buffer and proceeded to put NAIL GLUE in my cut without asking me first.

The last few times I've been there. And I'm a regular. My pedicures have been terrible. I brought my daughter in this week. She loved it, because she had one of the amazing gals that works there! I'm also confused why every time I'm there, I pay more. I will always support a business local. But you need to get it together

Hot nasty mess. I will never go back. All that money for something I dislike. So much for trying something new. I guess I'm not allowed to have what I paid for. The staff did a great job of informing that my business is not welcomed there regardless of what I spend I'm not going to get what i paid for. FALSE advertising is what that is when you give a client a book to pick what they want and in the end they don't get what they paid for.

i got my nails done a week ago an two already broke. when i go to places like top nails or diamond nails this sort of thing never happens. one broke by picking up a basket. would never get my nails done there again. but i do recommend a pedicure.

Excellent service. Asked for pedicures for 3 people. They sat us quickly and together. Even though they looked to be short staffed, they had the water running before we sat in the chairs. Price was comparable to what I pay in Virginia. Staff were courteous. Enjoyed the heated neck and shoulder wrap.
