Horrible customer service I enjoyed the local Home Depot as a single father and first time home buyer but how can some one get banned from all locations due to a employee felt uncomfortable of a customer as my self pulling a phone out because I was asked a email address

The lady in appliances is amazing! She really worked hard to try to help us to the best of her ability. Now the manager on the other hand is a real pos. She took us to him asking for help and this douchebag walks away like we aren’t worth his time. If you don’t want to work with the public, go find another job!

I’m absolutely blown away by the customer service here at this location. Mark was the such a great help, he walked me to everything I needed and even put the item in my hand to look at. He also made sure I had everything I needed before I headed to check out. Very helpful, very polite and very nice about it! Thank you again Mark!!
