Brandon was the most persistent and amazing sales person. My journey started out on Facebook marketplace and seeing how I live in Erie PA I was a skeptical from the beginning. Brandon continued to reach out to me and even after I gave him a turn down because of personal reasons, he reached out to me by phone and helped me feel secure in making the trip to Ashtabula. He then continued to rally for me to make sure I got into a vehicle I wanted.
And he continued to come up with options to make it work. As promised upon approval, I walked in with 500 dollars and I drove away with a new 17 Nissan Rogue. Extra shout out to Brandon for gasing up the vehicle for the ride home and lending me his phone charger!
Outstanding work guys! I'm super excited to take this vehicle dashing through the snow ❄️.

We've bought cars from them for years and have always been pleased with what we got. Everyone there are friendly and welcoming.
If I had to give a negative at all it would be the prices seem a bit high for a used car but they have been there for us in a pinch and have always been fair to us and we've been pleased with the vehicles we've gotten. A+
