Tellers are always personable and helpful. Place is clean. Plenty of parking (but lot is overdue for resurfacing!) Convenient location. Highly recommend.

Since they have closed the Jefferson and Conneaut branches, I have no choice but to drive 40 minutes to the Ashtabula branch. The drive thru teller is always a 20 to 30 minute wait, which is ridiculous ?. I would just use the ATM if they didn't hold the deposit for 4 days, which is also ridiculous! Who can afford to go 4 days without access to their money???

I set here at the ashtabula Ohio branch and i live in conneaut ohio i now have to drive 20 mins to get to the ashtabula branch because u closed the conneaut ohio branch and i have now been in line for over 30 mins and there is still 6 cars in front of me it taking the teller 10 to 15 mins to take care of one person there is only one teller line and to teller does not care how many car r in the line she will not work on and now the line is back to the road again i think i will be closing my account with u ty

Customer service very poor! Tellers are rude! Last time I went to drive thru, teller said you know you can use the ATM to make a deposit instead of using the drive thru. I didn't say anything except have a nice day.
