I go to the Liberty Tax in Ashtabula Ohio. My preparer was Morgan. She was very efficient and she was upbeat! This is my second year going to this location. I have been using Liberty Tax though for 6-7 years. What I love about this company is that I feel welcomed and cared for at any location I have gone to. There is a uniform atmosphere of service at every location I have been to. This makes me feel like I can trust this company anywhere I go! Thank you Liberty for making me feel like a part of the family!!

3 calls, an email, and text... Not one return call. No one responded at all. Poor service. Tax peak season and can't even check on a potential lead. Take care!

Wonderful conversations and truly cares about their clients happiness! This is the second year I have gone through them and I honestly wouldn’t go through any one else!! They are very professional and very helpful and explain things easily!!! They will be seeing me again next year!!

I didn't have a good experience at Liberty Tax. They messed my taxes up, luckily the I.R.S. caught their mistake and refunded me my money. They also charge way to much!
