super slow and inefficient. why even have pickup lockers if I have to wait in line at the customer service desk for ten minutes? literally would have been faster to just go and find the item in the store and then take it to the checkout which defeats the entire purpose of picking up

Used to a 3 star simply because it's always been mediocre at best. Now it's a 1 star because I ordered a custom door and it was made incorrectly. All paperwork shows 72 x 80, the door was impossible to measure at the store due to the cardboard packing. I bring the door home and got hit with family emergency that postponed install for a couple months. Fast-forward to install day and a door that should have been a direct replacement measures 70x82; 2 inches taller and 2 inches narrower than I ordered. Couldn't wait for a replacement so I needed to modify the opening and make all new trim. This made an already expensive door even more costly. Never again. Cut up their card switching to their competitors.

My husband and I, purchased a big assembled grill, drywall, numerous 2x4, and other wood. Kaymen stepped in to help my husband lift everything into truck. It's rare when a worker, volunteers to help with a smile. Lowe's you did a great job hiring Kaymen. Definitely 10 stars!

I had a online order for mulch(20) bags. The young man that assisted my husband was very rude and rushed loading the mulch causing several bags to rip open and spill all over the bed of our truck. Definitely need more employees for loading heavier material for seniors and handicapped customers. Also some customer service training wouldn't hurt.
