Matthew helped us find our first home! He was patient and flexible with many of our appointments, Usually being around 5 to 7 PM some days to look at houses. He listened to everything that we needed versus wanted and was so fast with documents and paperwork that made it super easy for us when it came time to buy the house. With it being our first home we were quite new to the whole thing and he walked it through with us every step of the way explained to every possible reason without any judgment or assumption that we knew what we were doing. He kept us well within our price range and did not encourage us to try to bankrupt ourselves, which was a very likely possibility in all honesty Because we were desperate to find a home. Matthew also put us in contact with The perfect mortgage Companies to get what we needed and we were able to close our house extremely early and we couldn’t be more grateful to him and his team

Great job, really helped us easily find our family home. We were from out of state and Matt really helped with the challenges of looking with limited ability to see each house. He knew what we wanted found relevant homes that would fit us and made time to ensure our schedule aligned with his so we could take our time to find the right home. Thank you again Matt!
