“I am eternally grateful for the efforts made by Lyndsey at CRAKD for saving my phone from being factory reset. My Pixel was stuck on a boot loop after trying to update when it had ran out internal storage. The solution was not immediately obvious but she was determined to help me while simultaneously helping other costumers. Lyndsey saved me from having to go through seven layers of hell trying to recover accounts and passwords.
For the sake of a review I would like to add that Anthony did replace a Pixel 1 battery and a Steam Deck fan for me in the past and he did a thorough job.
