Saybrook Corner Store has not only been convenient but 1 of my favorite places to shop! Since new ownership my husband has been double charged too many times to count. Up until this week it's been easy to get his money back with returning to the store & providing proof of the double charge, however we have not even received a call back in this recent event & it's been over a week! Unfortunately even with proof of the double charge they are forcing us to dispute the charge through our bank. I am super disappointed in Saybrook Corner Store. Not only have they ripped us off $50 (this time) they also were absolutely disrespectful in refusing to even call us back after numerous attempts at contact from us, to be decent about the situation, as we always have been in the past. Keeping in mind this has happened numerous times to Us had someone taken $50 out of their store they'd have called the police. We should have stopped shopping there after the 1st couple of double charges that happened. Watch your posts after purchase there!

Rude cashier, short day shift guy, made trashy remarks. Unprofessional to say the least.The rest of the staff are super friendly, especially the older gentleman who works nights.

It's a good store in all but I thank the workers should at least have a dress code like a shirt with there logo on it instead of there everyday close don't get me wrong the ppl are nice but they really need to dress like there at a job not at home Because there bosses dress more professional then they do they really need a shirt with there logo

Hit a ticket in store and they told me 3 time's they don't have the money to pay me.they should sell tickets if they can't pay.

My family and Room mates have lived in this area for a few yrs now n never had any issues. We drive alot and get gas a few times a week in cars from new to beaters. It's your average corner store and they are polite n helpful. I've never stood in line too long. One thing I like is you don't have the drama like Circle K. Lol

Bad gas. Daughters new SUV had to be towed after putting gas from this station in her car July 16th at 7 pm. Dealership stated any reputable station would cover the cost of flushing the engine to the tune of $500. Not this station. Had receipt, fuel sample and yet owner was rude and basically told my daughter too bad.She works at Capps pizza in Austinburg. She is going to make very sure her fellow delivery staff as well as all her customers are aware of how incredibly rude and unprofessional the owner of this business is. In addition, she will use social media to get the warning out as well. DO NOT support this business! There are other stations around that area that stand behind their product. The Saybrook Corner Store is definitely not one of them!

I put in about $10.00 worth of gas in my 2021 rav4. friday the 16th, 2021. My car broke down Saturday afternoon next day. Toyota of mentor, says its bad gas. So, got ahold of the owner and said was wasn't his problem. Lol this place is a joke. Hope everyone see this and doesn't get screwed over like we did. I would give them a zero but i can't the app wouldn't let me.

bad gas at this place, my new 2021 had to get the tank drained and cleaned because of this gas station. call the owner and said it wasn't his problem. called the city and company who check's the gas tanks in ohio.
