I Get Very frustrated with not being able to call the local spectrum store and talk to a person for issues I may have navigating my Samsung phone I've bought and have service with Spectrum.It's hard for me to get out as I have walking disabilities.But I have to say I've found all the representatives there are kind and knowledgeable. However I have a preference to see ROY, he's just great ?And I will bypass all others to be helped by ROY.He's ?THANKS ROY

Cancelled cable 3 days into new billing cycle. They conveniently send out your e-mail notification bill that is already 3 days into the new billing cycle. So if you cancel the day of your New Elevated online bill, They got you for another month. Ha, Ha, Ha !! Shame on me. Charged for the entire month. Spectrum is greedy and they Don't give a s-it about their customers of many years. It's all about the $$$$$ Buyer Beware !!!!! Its All About Them !!!!

Nothing but scam. Was told I wouldn't receive a mobile device bill for an entire year if I added the land line. So I did. Now I'm receiving a bill for the land line and the mobile device. Also, they said I'd be paying $5.00 a month for the device and now it's almost $13. When I called in they were rude and pretended that they didn't mess up. Like I know those calls are recorded. How many people are they doing this to? Nothing but a thieving company.

I was on hold for over 10 minutes I finally hung up and if you guys weren't open your recording should say so instead of having a sit on the line waiting for one of your operators to answer this was very very unpleasant experience thank you for your non service

We were there about a month ago and had an excellent experience. The staff was professional and friendly. The sign-in at the kiosk was easy and plenty of seating. This was by far the best experience with Spectrum we have ever had!

Drove 30 minutes to store was told my router that I was told by the 800 number to get was not in stock for year no help at all went to the mentor store and will pick up by Monday never coming back to Ashtabula store go to mentor for better service poor customer service at Ashtabula store

Employees were nice but I don't like the check in process. It was my first time there and I had no idea you had to sign in on the kiosk. There also are no seating options for people being waited on. If you are in que then you can sit, but if your being waited on you have to stand. Also, no privacy to your personal information since everything is discussed in an open room with some strange right next to you.

James was very professional and friendly but on a professional level. He was very good at explaining the changes that I would see. It was a pleasure working with him. He even tried to assist me with installation but I am not good with electronics. So, I did have an install person come to my house.

I went to the Ashtabula location to swap out my outdated modem for a new one. I used to go to the old building on state road and I would leave broke and angry with no results. That changed today, I arrived and was greeted by James he was helpful, quick and even saved me money I definitely will be back.

I can only imagine how great the actual service will as soon as it is available for my area. Went to store because customer service had talked my 72 year old mother in to trying their mobile service. They ad a long list of step to change her current phone to run in spectrum. She is tech challenged with simple things texting, email, calls, and such. She had to get her current phone unlocked, change the sims card, and activate the phone on spectrum service. AKA way out of her tech skills and family help required. She thought she had it unlocked so first we went to spectrum to help activate. No kidding in and out in 2 minutes flat for the guy to say it not unlocked and sent us back to T-Mobile down the street to get phone unlocked. After attempting to change and paying I believe $45 for something guess what. T-Mobile was more than happy to help figure out how to save her as a customer. Reviewed her bill and found ways to save money, offered her and my step-dad two simple 5g phones on them and answered all her questions and transferred data from both old to new phones. Sales guy stayed two hours after closing to ensure they were happy. That is the difference in a provider and sales team where customer satisfaction matters compared to not my job philosophy sales team.
