Came in the other day because my phone was acting up. Jay was incredible. She is knowledgeable, quick and friendly. She always has a smile when I come in. Don't think I have seen a nicer employee in this place. Very satisfied.

Tom M Lucas Do not do business with T-Mobile Branch located on Metcalf Dr in Ashtabula! Stopped in store to setup auto pay. Employee set up my credit card to to billed. I asked her if this actually paid my current balance, and she said no, but would be glad to do it for me! Which she did. What she forgot to do is mention that she charged me $5 to make that payment! I was already out to my car when I noticed this. I went back inside and asked her abour it and she was sorry but forgot to tell me about a new store policy! I asked her to refund charge, but said she was not allowed to do that. Reason I asked her was because I could have done the payment when I got home myself and saved $5. There were not any signs posted in store for new customers to view! I asked about speaking to manager and was told to call back in morning to speak to him. Next morning I called and spoke with him about a refund! He was adamant and refused to refund money! He stated that all customers were notified 7 months ago via email and text about their new policy! I explained to that I was only with with T=Mobile for 4 months and therefor was not informed of the new policy! He did not care at all and said that he would not refund funds! I told him that I was going to tell people and future customers about him and his rudeness. He didn't seem to care about it at all, so that's why I'm telling everyone to beware of this particular store and it practices. I told him that I would file dispute with my credit card company which I did in full detail! I will let them dispute charge with manager at the Ashtabula T- Mobile store on Metcalf DR! My bank took down all information and then refunded me the funds that he would NOT! This is how to treat customers and listen to them responsibly, not turn a blind eye to them!

The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE of my entire 66 years of life! DO NOT sign anything with this shady company as they have no intention of honoring anything. It is just to get you on the hook. The Ashtabula store is actually a day care that the employees run and have NO TIME FOR YOUR CONCERNS. I SPEND 2 HOURS there with a simple request while 7 children ran amok with no parents in sight and touched every single phone with fingers and hands that had been in and out of their mouths. They screamed, cried, said they were starving and begged for food while they went in and out of the backroom where it said employees only. I took 2 videos that I intend to post as proof. When I called customer service I was redirected to someone who spoke to me in mandarin Chinese or some language I couldn't understand in such a rapid manner my head spun around on the phone like Linda Blairs in the Exorcist! Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Verizon!Ive read the response from tmobile and its a generic baloney sandwich they give to everyone. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT go anywhere near this store until they post pictures of a hazmat crew cleaning it up.Also, the heavy girl who had access to the back storeroom NEVER EVEN BOTHERED to ask me anything, in fact she was rude arrogant and sloppy. She was running the day care center that tmobile operates out of the store. I hope she fed those starving kids screaming for food.an overall HORRIBLE, GHASTLEY, DREADFUL, DANGEROUS experience.RATED F for FORGET IT!

Scammers! Was promised 800.00 credits for new phones etc. Girl who was selling us ( manager I believe) kept changing stuff and telling us different things and was all over the place and was using her ADHD as an excuse. Trying to deal with T Mobile directly now, who admitted we should have got the 800.00 credits, but 2 months later the bill has gone up even higher and still no credits for phones. Second biggest mistake I ever made was switching to TMobile. The biggest mistake I ever made was dealing with the Ashtabula store after being warned by a friend about them. Going to be contacting the BBB.

Chelsea and Lillie were amazing! They helped me with options for my phone and even though it took like an hour for my phone to transfer all my stuff they were super nice and kept a conversation with me! The manager there was really nice too and answered all my questions! Thank you guys!

As a former salesman I totally have a grasp of how you are supposed to greet someone when they come in, connect with the client, offer a presentation before attempting a close.With no greeting the first sentence I got was the close the most expensive phone in the room of course.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever witnessed!! On a 3-Way call with the store and Customer service with only thee Customer Service Rep talking to thee Store Rep... the Store Rep was completely rude and obnoxious towards thee Amazing Customer Service Rep and absolutely refused to help thee Customer Service Rep or the customer what so ever... I would be Absolutely surprised if the Store Rep has a job tomorrow.

The lady was decent, although she might have being new, and had a struggle to set up my phone. Been having trouble ever since!!
