Extremely unhappy with my full set and pedicure. I spent $130+ for him to ATTEMPT to put an alien on my nails. It looked horrible and then he just painted over it to get rid of it leaving my nail to look bumpy. Lumps in acrylic. Coffin nails all unevenly shaped. My pedicure? All my French tips are different. He didn’t cure the gel polish on my nails long enough after he slopped matte top coat on and my polish chipped on the sides of my nails the very next day. I didn’t even have time to express my dissatisfaction because I had a half hour to be at work. Now paying $80 for a soak off and new set somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Even the malls better than here.

I was a last minute walk-in, first time here, they got me in for a pedicure right away. I was very happy with my pedicure and the whole experience was positive. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment & got in the same day. The gentleman on the phone was extremely patient & kind. I arrived to my appointment early & they got me in right away. I didn’t have to wait at all. I’ve gotten pedicures for years & this is the best one I’ve ever had! Trisha was so sweet, professional, was extremely thorough & took her time! She really pays attention to detail. She also asked me if I had any concerns that she could take care of for me. Top Nails has my business for life. Thank you again Trisha! I can’t wait to come back!

The blond witch is rude and has no professional manners at all. I tried calling over 8 times never got an answer. They say walk-ins are welcome but don’t believe that either. Won’t ever go there nor will I tell people about it. Rude rude rude Didn’t get our nails done after the blond witch was talking rudely about us. We just left. Ignorant nasty blond _itch!!!!!!

10 stars doesn't even cut it. This is my new salon of choice.
Requested style: I get a squared shape as I like the way it looks. She asked what color I wanted and I told her any dark blue. She unknowingly chose my favorite shade of blue.
Cleanliness: The storewas nearly pristine. A small amount of dust but that is expected. When I got up to wash my hands, she cleaned the station up.
Stylist: The stylist I had tonight was absolutely phenomenal. She took all of my requests and did so much better than what I was expecting.

I'm here on vacation. Decided to get a pedicure. The shop was clean and organized. However, since there were 3 of us they said they couldn't take us and that we should have called first. I was disappointed. We left. Went to Hollywood Nails in the mall and they got us right in. Customer service was lacking.

My sister and I have been going here for years now! Amy and Eric are wonderful!! Every 3 weeks our appointments are in their books and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in Ashtabula!!

I originally booked for an acrylic manicure, but when I walked in, the gentleman who worked with my hands told me he would rather do gel because of how healthy my nails were. That was a pretty steep price drop, but he wanted my nails to look and feel the best they could. He did a French manicure and they came out fabulous! 100% will be back.

The workers were not friendly and made me feel like they were just rushing. They left nail polish all around my fingernails. My daughter just wanted her regular nails painted and they did a horrible job. It's lumpy and there's spots u can see her regular nails. They charged me 30 dollars for just a 1 coat paint on her. I went wanting to get my eyebrows waxed as well but after my nails they rushed us out acting lile they didn't have time. I will never go back to this place. If I could give it negative stars I would

This was my 2nd manicure and first set of gel tips. The atmosphere is so bright and classy. Colors and styles of nails and designs is great. I've already scheduled my next appt! Highly recommended ?
