I walked into the store to do shopping and was rudely confronted by Thomas who claimed to be a manager he falsely accused me of removing an oil drain plug from a piece of equipment outside the store. I had no idea what he was talking about being I had never even looked at or touched that piece of equipment. Hey insisted I did it because 10 minutes before I walked in it wasn't leaking oil but now it was after I walked into the store. I asked Thomas to look at the outside cameras so he would see I didn't do it and I wasn't even looking at it and he said he is pulling the footage up on his cell phone but afterwards he refused to acknowledge he was wrong or to apologize to me and the other people who heard him loudly confront me. Corporate needs to look into the management at this store or they will be looking at lawsuits. All this happened in front of other customers in the store and I didn't appreciate the public embarrassment.

Got our dogs vaccinated there. It was incredibly expensive, and they have our tiny little dog the same amount as our bigger dog, he'll never be the same now. I've got to say, I should have known better. I'm sorry.

multiple times i have went to tractor supply to buy propane and they dont like filling it it is obvious especially with the real tall dark haired guy wearing the tractor supply fire shirt, he is lazy, today went there to fill up and it was barely sprinkling and they refused to fill it said due to lightning chance but there is none and has been none its a light mist rain, i will not return there will go to ace in ashtabula harbor they fill them all the time, yesterday was in there and heard same guy tell the cashier we dont have anyone to fill tanks so dont sell anymore, i think he is manager or something, but he is sure lazy, he did go out yesterday and fill that customers but told cashier no more, i guess he was busy with other stuff LAZY,

I'm using this review feature to send a public thank you to the staff at this location, with a special nod to the Manager as well as Miss Jamie (the chicken enabler!) for all of their assistance in helping us navigate multiple issues with a product that none of us could anticipate our control. Jamie also offered simple, effective guidance on starting out with our flock.We always appreciate her friendliness & love that she asks about them. We feel valued and welcome- thank you!

Usually I don’t write review but I am so impressed with their professionalism from the beginning to the end, even 1hr before closing time.
We all knew how retail workers would behave before closing time, but something was uniquely remarkable with the front end staff of this location.
Also, the most astonishing customer experience was that this young man walked with me to show where the restroom was after he helped me to strap all of the 12 feet poles down on the truck.
Two thumbs up!
