I have used this UPS drop off location 5 times for returning items. 2 out of 5 times my package was never tracked. It took me a lot of unnecessary time and trouble to get this sorted out so that I could get refunded for my returns. Not worth it to use this location.

They often have to refuse to take packages because too many have been dropped off before the daily pickup around 4:30. There should be two pickups a day as this is a consistent problem for years now.
