“Have got 2 vehicles from them.... Very pleased with BOTH. Yes of course you have the minimum fixing costs ! BUTTTT That being said they are VERY HONEST and you ARE BUYING IT AS IS !!! If you are buying a vehicle just like from ANYWHERE else you do your own looking over of the vehicle, you drive it off the lot and take it to be scanned and looked over by another mechanic. We have done this and GUESS WHAT they have made it right EACH time in a time frame of a week getting of getting the vehicles. If something came up after that week we was held responsible for the repair cost, If it is something they could or should have taken care of before selling the vehicle they did so! If it is something they was honest about when you put your money into it before driving off their lot YOU SHOULD be held accountable for that cost NOT THEM !! To see these bad reviews is beyond me I HAVE BY NO MEANS BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY THEM. Yea I may have had to put money into a vehicle/vehicles I bought from them BUT AGAIN... I BOUGHT IT UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING IT WAS AS IS !!! But was told by HONEST PEOPLE What I needed to fix before driving off their lot !! LOVE THEM AT SAYBROOK AUTOBLOCK WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY OWN FAMILY !!! Put my children in BOTH my vehicles from them and feel safe about doing so !!”
